Mothering shows up in many forms, and this group welcomes women broadly, not only those who are mothers themselves. Led by Keisha Carroll, a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist. This is a space to explore what it means to carry so much at once, the stress and grief that surface in mothering, the weight of family health challenges, shifting family dynamics, and the push and pull of navigating expectations from more than one generation while still showing up for everyone who needs you. We will also make room for those sorting through mothering without a mother to lean on. Let's learn and hold this together, in a semi-structured and supportive space.
