Carla, OT is actively credentialing with major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, VA Community Care Network, and select Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid plans.

Additional coverage options by provider: Little Traverse Bay Tribal Insurance, Worker's Compensation, and Auto No-Fault may be accepted depending on your provider and service type.
