4-Therapy Session Investment in Growth

We can accomplish so much together with intention.

You may be feeling pain, frustration, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel supportive. Wherever you are today, you do not have to navigate it alone.

I often tell clients when they are feeling stuck, yes, this is where we are right now, and “can’t” does not mean forever. It means not yet.

Through this work, we take time to understand what is getting in the way, try practical strategies, and build skills that support participation in real life. Growth happens through collaboration, consistency, and compassion, and we take it one step at a time, together.

$750

Includes:

• Initial comprehensive assessment
• Three individualized one-on-one sessions

This four-session investment allows time to assess needs, implement strategies, adjust supports, and build confidence together. It is often recommended following the initial evaluation to support carryover and real-life integration.

Services included in this investment may be provided in person or via a secure virtual platform, depending on needs and availability.

Groups are formed based on community interest and will run once a minimum of 6 participants enroll.
If the minimum enrollment is not met, participants may choose a refund or credit toward a future series.

After enrollment, participants receive a brief interest and scheduling form to support theme selection and coordination. If you have a group seeking support or topics that feel important to you, we welcome you to reach out. Many group themes are offered on a rotating basis in response to community needs.

Therapy-Based Intensives

Focused, Short-Term Support for Meaningful Change

For some individuals and families, a more concentrated format is the most supportive option. Therapy-based intensives provide deeper, focused support over a shorter period of time. This format is helpful when weekly therapy alone is not enough or when individuals or families are navigating transitions, time-sensitive needs, or periods of heightened challenge.

Intensives may be helpful for:

• Following a medical event or major life transition
• Periods of increased regulation, emotional, or functional need
• Skill building that benefits from repetition and continuity
• Caregiver education and strategy integration
• Families seeking a jump-start or reset rather than long-term weekly care

What intensives may include:

• Comprehensive evaluation and goal refinement
• Multiple therapy sessions scheduled close together
• Environmental and routine analysis
• Real-time coaching and strategy development
• Caregiver education and collaborative planning
• Written recommendations to support carryover

Structure and Investment

Therapy-based intensives are custom designed and always begin with a comprehensive evaluation to ensure care is well-targeted and clinically appropriate.

• Frequency and duration are determined collaboratively
• Intensives may occur over several days or weeks
• Services may be provided in person or via a secure virtual platform when appropriate

Example Intensive Formats & Total Investment

Each specific structure is determined collaboratively based on goals, needs, and availability.

Short-Term Reset
4–8 hours over 2–4 weeks
Total investment: $1,185 – $1,845

Focused Intensive

Total investment: $2,175 – $2,835
