A Note on Our Growth, Access, and Insurance Readiness

We planned carefully for our May 2026 relaunch and anticipated that credentialing would take time. It has taken longer than expected. After an internal review, we want to be clear about where we are. We are not fully ready yet. Rather than hold anyone in uncertainty, we are being direct so you can make the best decision for your family.

Here is where we are:

Phase One is open now. Our OT team is accepting new clients through currently approved insurance panels, private pay, and superbill options.

Phase Two is now projected for Fall 2026. We are working with integrity and dedication to expand services to include speech-language pathology, physical therapy, mental health therapy, and caregiver support.

If you were hoping to use your insurance with us and we are not yet approved, we sincerely apologize. We were hoping to be ready too. Please do not wait on us. Visit our Community Directory for trusted local providers who may be able to see you now.

    Travel & Community-Based Service Time

Travel time may be billed when providers are required to travel to deliver approved services in home, school, community, or other off-site settings. Billable travel reflects provider time reserved for service delivery, scheduling impact, mileage burden, and inability to schedule other clinical or support services during travel periods. Travel charges are determined in advance based on distance, provider availability, and service region.

    Therapist Travel Time

Applicable to OT, PT, SLP, Mental Health Therapy, evaluations, consultations, and other skilled clinical services.

Travel time is billed at 50–100% of the provider’s standard hourly therapy rate, depending on total travel demands, scheduling impact, and whether travel occurs between clinical appointments or requires dedicated provider blocks.

    Estimated therapist travel billing ranges:

    • $92–$112 per hour (reduced travel rate)

    • Up to $185–$225 per hour (when travel significantly limits provider scheduling availability or requires dedicated travel blocks)

Skilled Caregiver / Respite Support Travel Time

Applicable when skilled caregiver support, respite services, supervised community participation, or transportation-related support requires provider travel beyond standard local coverage expectations.

Travel time is billed at 50–100% of the caregiver support hourly rate, based on travel distance, scheduling impact, and service demands.

    Estimated caregiver travel billing ranges:

    • $26–$28 per hour (reduced travel rate)

    • Up to $52–$55 per hour (when extended travel or dedicated scheduling blocks are required)

Travel-related charges, minimums, and any extended-distance considerations are reviewed and approved with families or referral sources prior to service delivery to ensure transparency, consistency, and appropriate documentation standards.

    Rate Transparency

Rates may vary based on provider credentials, clinical complexity, travel requirements, scheduling demands, and service setting. All services are reviewed and quoted in advance to support clear expectations, informed decision-making, and transparency.

  • Packages

Packages are designed to support consistent progress, caregiver support, and continuity of care over time. They help reduce gaps in care, improve follow-through on goals, and support steady functional growth across sessions.

Packages are offered at a reduced rate compared to individual sessions and are priced to reflect structured care, coordinated planning, and simplified scheduling, while supporting ongoing clinical progress.

4-Session Package A short-term plan focused on stabilization, initial progress, or targeted functional goals $810

6-Session Package A structured plan for building routines, improving consistency, and supporting caregiver carryover $1,215

8-Session Package A longer-term plan designed for sustained progress, complex needs, and deeper functional change $1,485

What Packages Include Consistent provider when available Individualized treatment planning based on goals Caregiver education and support as appropriate Progress tracking and ongoing clinical adjustments Coordination and planning support between sessions

Why Choose a Package Packages offer a reduced rate compared to individual sessions and are designed to reduce day-to-day coordination burden and support smoother continuity of care. Instead of managing individual sessions and separate planning each time, families receive a more structured and streamlined care experience. This allows more time and energy to stay focused on your family, your goals, and your daily life rather than administrative or scheduling details.

How Packages Help You Lower overall cost compared to individual session rates Support consistent momentum toward goals Reduce the need to schedule each session individually Improve continuity with your provider Allow for more coordinated, long-term planning of care Reduce administrative load such as frequent scheduling and individual session coordination

Rate Transparency Package pricing is fixed and confirmed before services begin, so families know exactly what to expect. Packages reflect a reduced rate compared to standard hourly session pricing and are based on service time, clinical complexity, and level of support needed.

How We Support You (Michigan and Beyond)
Licensed clinical services are provided where our clinicians are licensed or hold practice privileges, currently including Michigan.

We continue to monitor future licensure compact expansion opportunities that may allow broader interstate service delivery over time.

Non-clinical services (coaching, consultation, education, and advocacy support) are available more broadly and are designed to meet families where they are.

These services focus on education, coaching, and consultation rather than diagnosis or treatment. If clinical care is needed locally, we will help connect you with appropriate providers.

    Rate Transparency
Rates reflect provider discipline, service type, coordination needs, and level of clinical involvement. Time is billed proportionally to services provided.

    Rate Transparency

  • Insurance Coverage
We value access to care and are committed to thoughtful, healthy growth to better support unmet needs in the communities we serve. A mentor once shared with me, “You can do anything, but you cannot do everything.” That perspective continues to guide how we build and expand our services.

Each provider on our team maintains autonomy in selecting insurance participation based on their licensure, scope, and credentialing. The insurance enrollment process is complex, and we are actively working as a team to expand and optimize sustainable options wherever possible.

Coverage varies by provider and the insurance plans they are credentialed with. We recommend reviewing individual provider profiles on our “Team” page for specific details.

If we are not yet a match for your insurance needs, we are committed to transparency and support in helping you explore next steps. This may include referral to trusted community partners, placement on a waitlist while credentialing is in process, or guidance on alternative care options.

We also offer a limited number of sliding scale and scholarship-supported options when available to help improve access where possible.

If you are unsure where to start, please reach out. We are happy to help guide you toward the best fit.

Access, Sliding Scale, and Scholarship Support

We believe meaningful support should be reachable. The rates above reflect our standard rates by provider level. We also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale and scholarship-supported spots for families and individuals for whom the standard rate is a barrier.

Sliding-scale access is offered based on financial need and current availability, and applies to the provider rate quoted to you. Requesting a reduced rate is simple and private. If cost is a concern, please tell us, and we will talk through options together, which may include a reduced rate, a payment plan, or connection to other community resources.

Families who are financially able to pay the standard rate help make sliding-scale and scholarship spots possible for others. We are grateful for that shared commitment to access.

    Ethical Practice and Compliance Commitment

We are committed to providing care that is ethical, transparent, and within the scope of state licensure laws and professional standards.

We clearly separate clinical therapy services from coaching, consultation, and education to ensure safe, appropriate, and compliant care delivery.

We regularly review regulatory requirements for both in-person and virtual services in Michigan and other applicable states.

We value access to care and are intentional about meeting people where they are while remaining transparent about what type of support we can provide.

    What This Means for You

If you are in Michigan or a licensed state, you may have access to clinical therapy services as well as all other tiers of support.

If you are outside Michigan, you may access caregiver and family support, professional consultation, and education, groups, and community support.

Clinical therapy services are only available where legally permitted through licensure.

If You Are Not Sure Where You Fit

Tell us what you are looking for and we will help guide you to the right tier and service type. This may include therapy, coaching, professional consultation, group programs, or educational resources.
